Snapchat android version won't work for me. I'm using Snap from blackberry world upgraded to no add version. Works amazing!!! I recommend.

The best way to get tinder, snapchat, instagram and all the other apps that require google services is to download a really low version APK then update it using Google Play (http://forums.crackberry.com/android...oading-985344/)

I have the latest tinder, snpachat and instagram all working perfectly and Google Play even sends me a notification to update it so it stays up to date.

PS for some reason if i don't have a low version of the app installed and i just download the new one in google play that requires google play services the app won't work until I delete it find a low version with no google services and update it using google play. So that step i crucial.

Snap is now useless because of google services

When i install the v8.1 version, logging in snapchat pop up a message told me to get the latest version. Anyone can help me?

What I did was download the old 8.1 snapchat apk and then when it asked to update I updated to 9 and I have had no problems at all. The google services message still comes up but just click anywhere and it works fine.

It is worth to note this didn't work for my passport when I was on 10.3.1.1565 however now I am on 1779 it works fine, also I changed the screen to rectangular and it send pics like normal with no black screen.

You updated using which store? Play?

I downloaded V8.1 and it asked me to update. When I did update using Snap the Google Play Service message was a persistent one and I couldn't simply just click away. I'm on PassportSQW100-1/10.3.1.2576

Hi I just used google to find the 8.1 and the 9.3 apks, and installed 8.1 then just clicked the 9.3 to simply update and it works great. HOWEVER!! I just logged in to snapchat on my iphone and now when I try and get back on my blackberry it won't log in at all, so tried the above again and won't sign in at all so be careful!

I couldn't get it to work, I tried Snapchat 4,5,8,9, and updating with no luck. I even tried lucky patch and couldn't get it to work. Got the outdated error up to 9, and the Google services error for 9+. Oh well.

My account got permanently locked for using a sideloaded version of snapchat. My first warning came while I was using snap 10. After changing my passport, I downloaded and installed an older version of snapchat (it allowed bypassing of the google play services error by clicking anywhere on the screen). Unfortunately, as mentioned earlier it got my account locked as I was not using an updated version of snapchat.

I'd just suggest that people be careful, even when using a sideloaded version.

I don't use snapchat but my son's friend uses it on his Z30 and he loaded from1mobile market and says it works fine.
