    Hey everyone, my Passport seems to be slowing down lately. Things that used to take no time at all are now taking a few seconds. I've noticed delays when: answering a phone call, pressing power to wake, opening the pictures app (takes a few second for thumbnails to appear), opening the camera, opening an sms conversation. It's starting to really frustrate me.

    In device manager, I'm using 2.31 GB of memory with no other apps open. 600 MB is system, and 120 MB is PIM services. Are those normal values?
