So I am using my Passport and I close some applications like Blackberry World. Real BB10 applications not android ports. Then my BlackBerry starts to run very warm indeed. So I go into Device Monitor / CPU and find that the same apps are running headless and chewing up CPU cycles.

So to the question: how do I Close All applications that I think are already closed (no window) but ARE still merrily running as zombies killing my battery?

Your device monitor breaks down the battery usage by application or service. If you go to the applications you think causing issues, simply tap on one to get to the next screen, where you can both close it and access its permissions so you can adjust them to not have them come back as headless headaches for you.

Ho-ho! Any of the many (ok few) real BB10 apps. It doesn't matter what apps, it matters that there is no global way to shut them down properly.

Pretty sure it's not available.. if it was, people would turn off phone app and wonder why they don't receive phone calls -_-
