My screen is 50% of brightness level all the time.
I have 2 emails auto sync.
    Using browser often.
    Lots of whatsapp chatting.
    Average phone calling.
Below is my apps usage within 48 hours.

OP, I see a couple of things here.

    1) you never equalize your battery. You don't discharge or recharge completely.

    2) if your brightness is really set to 50%, you are on your phone a lot. It goes back to your battery not being fully equalized.

    3) if you're really on your phone that much I suggest an external battery pack or buy another phone to use while you main phone is charging up.

Thanks. I guess that I have to try full-charge again.
I am the type of person always going around and I heard that we should leave the phone charged overnight too often, so I rarely did so.

Thanks Emanuel. I will try the complete charge again.
Actually, I have an extra battery for urgent case. I just feel weird that my PP battery is going down dramatically. Before, it is the strongest point of this beast.
Will try it and keep everyone updated.

There are apps that gauge battery health. I use battery monitor. My Z10 battery shows 90% health.

I agree here, 61% for System looks very odd indeed, I also have to say 20% PIM Services also looks too hight for my taste. OTOH I never got 73% of Display drain either :x

My system % also is high if i turn on push in my email setting. Turning it off and sync every 15mins significantly lower the system usage

Hi Morizek, can you show your System %?
My System % showed in the pic is for 48 hours, I only restart my device around 2 times / week only.

I have found that some apps drain battery. Those box apps that the device comes with I was suspicious of and I deleted them. After that, boom huge boost to battery life. Also certain android apps you should be weary of as well. Just try to track what apps you've recently downloaded and if they could impact your battery life.

    All,
Just to update everyone that I tried to keep it charged as long as possible and felt that there is improvement to be found. Not too obvious but I can see it.
I will try to monitor it for a while longer and will let everyone know if it actually works out for my case or not

    Hi all,
I guess that I need to replace my PP battery now
I tried to take a pic with 1 day usage as below and I think it is around 25% less than the first time I got this device.
Overall, I have been using this beast in 1 year very 'heavily' so replacing it is not a bad idea as well.

As I said earlier find out if your battery is healthy first. Test your battery before replacing it.

I just tried and it said 89%.
So it's supposed to be ok, right. I did 336 charging cycles.

So it is not the battery. I would rebuild the OS from scratch and or delete all of your apps and slowly add them back.

    Oh...
Then maybe I have to give it a try.
I used to think of this option but there are so many things that I need to back up so I really hesitate to do so..

Few things, your display brightness is high = less battery life, if you're using your phone heavily from 7am - 5 pm, the battery drain looks normal. If you replace the battery you'll see a maximum gain of 10%, not worth it yet IMO.

You should always keep your battery level as high as possible to prevent it from decaying. Keeping your battery low for a long time will decay it.
The myth that says that charging overnight is bad is a false myth. These are not the same devices we had in the 90's! You can and should let it charge overnight to get the longest battery time. If you do this, you will only need to recharge at night and the battery will last all day

I would run a full charge/discharge cycle from time to time to kind of reset the battery. That would mean waiting for the battery to go down to 5% or less before fully charge it, then let it go down to 5% or below and another full charge before going back to the normal use. But my normal use includes a full charge overnight.
