Hi all,

Does anyone know why the shortkey (in this example) for Whatsapp and Text are the same?
If so, how can I fix this
Already did a reinstallation of Whatsapp. Didn't fixed it. Have it also for Joyn. All the same "S" shortcut.

BlackBerry 10 does not give app developers any control over those shortcut keys, and automatically assigns them based on the type of account we add to the hub. Anyone who adds a hub account with the "Text Message" type (which includes SMS and WhatsApp) will show "S" as the shortcut key. Unfortunately, the shortcut key itself will only actually open the SMS composer.

We've already tried changing our account type to something else. When we did that, it didn't show any shortcut key for us. However, it also didn't show our colored icon in the titlebar of "Instant Preview" notifications either (just a weird-looking grey icon).
