I just order via shop blackberry and my order went through and received an email with my order number . I inputted my order number in find-my-order and I got a message that says that the order number is incorrect. Should I worry?

Amazon is stupid also. They seem to request some data that my bank doesn't provide. After talking to my bank representative they asked me to request Amazon to send a "Goods and services " request yo my bank.
After four canceled orders and three online chats with Amazon they blocked my account. I asked for another method of payment (paypal or some sort of invoice) but they just don't want my money.
So I'm tired trying. My biggest problem is the fact that I can't get a delivery date with my local dealer and I assume that this is a big issue since they should get the information from BlackBerry...

I'm a BlackBerry customer since 2004 but this situation is really annoying and it's the first time i'm tempted to switch to other manufacturer

I've already ordered one of these before... it instantly "takes" the money... but the next day my account actually showed my full balance... it wasn't until it actually shipped where they withdrew the money from my account

In my experience DR is hit and miss with actually sending out the tracking numbers. I didn't get one with my z30.

My order status now shows boxed shipment t so hopefully it will go out tomorrow. That's awesome news after hearing so many people ordering and shipment taking weeks.

I was thinking the same way but you know when it goes live with att, the unlocked device will be $100 more, right? You are going to hate that you missed out on $599 too when it is only available for $699
