I put my order through Amazon the other day, but I just cancelled it because it still says "out of stock" on their web site. If I knew they have it, I would have kept the order! Hopefully, I get the delivery for the purchase made through ShopBlackberry.com next week. Else, I'm cancelling that and going back to Amazon. I have Prime! lol

I'm not going to bite. Leaving my Amazon order in place. I read Digital River's refund/return policy, and it's horrid! It says 'all sales final'. Unless I'm missing something else, I'll just pass since I have a feeling they are taking orders but it won't ship for weeks still.

I just spoke with a rep who said that you can return it for a full refund and just pay return shipping. You can also refuse shipment and get a full refund as well.

The Passport product page doesn't show up on the website when you browse to it "normally" (going to shopblackberr.com)

I had to google "shopblackberry canada passport" and clicked the applicable link. Shows as in-stock, will wait for it to show up properly myself. Don't want to possibly have to wait for weeks.

I just order via shop blackberry and my order went through and received an email with my order number . I inputted my order number in find-my-order and I got a message that says that the order number is incorrect. Should I worry?
