A quick search of the forums would give you both horror stories and the opposite, using ShopBlackBerry. It seems if you paid the couple extra bucks for priority shipping, you usually come out with good service. I bought two Z30's through them with priority shipping and they arrived quickly.

You're in a new realm though with a freshly-released phone - supply will play a huge factor, as well as the demand on ShopBlackBerry staff. Best of luck and hope your new phone shows up quickly!

Do not use shop BlackBerry..... ive been on the phone with them trying to cancel an order for 32 mins. Placed the order a few hrs ago. They have no reason why they won't cancel it. Just that they "can't "

They have horrible customer service however they are a third party. Go to amazon if you can. At least they will tell you a delivery date.
