A good story - bought a passport SE on Kijiji, device only a month old. After a day or two, I noticed that the power button is almost Flush with the frame making it difficult to press. Called shop BlackBerry and mentioned this and they asked for the PIN of the device and that's it. A RMA was created and a new replacement unit has been shipped via FedEx. I just need to return my phone Using the return envelope.

    Pretty good service I thought!!

Isn't the power button supposed to be flush on the SE. Mine is flush and I have no troubles pressing the button.

Don't know. I'll check out the new unit when I get home and let you know. They did ask me for the pictures of my current unit via email showing the power button which I've sent. So they must have known this issue from others

I had a pretty good replacement experience with them as well. First they wanted me to send in my phone. And then on their own said they would do an advanced exchange. I was happy with the service.

Just got my new replacement device setup. The power button is a little bit out compared to my old passport. Little better to press. Other than that , I got a newer device which is great. Will send the old one back in a couple of days after making sure the new one has no issues.

    Thanks BlackBerry!!

How did you get your replacement device so quickly. It took 2 weeks for BlackBerry to send me a replacement Priv (which I am selling).

Mine sticks up about 1/32 of an inch (maybe 1/64) and I find that perfect. Any more and I would be pressing it by mistake... it is low enough that I can slide my finger over it without it pressing. Which to me is the perfect height.
