Then why even bother with device switch? Just fire it up and get going is what I would do.

Got mine last week. Debated in my mind whether to device switch etc. In the end I set it up manually. More work. Cleaner and zero problems since.

I tried doing a device switch from my Z10 and ran into issues after. Mainly I couldn't open Android apps including the Amazon App Store. Did a device wipe and started fresh without doing a device switch. Been smooth ever since.
You can use device switch app and just transfer you contacts if heed be
"Official International Accountant of the Peevishlicious Crew " via my Canadian Passport!!
Need some info on that setting it up manually.
Just enter the emails manually when it fires up?
Then device switch the contacts?
Memo?
The calendars are all from Outlook or Google, so they will get ported over with the emails.
Do exactly that and you should be fine. My contacts are on google so they syncd up when I entered my Gmail. My memos are on third party apps so I have them on my SD card . I then went to my apps on blackberry world and downloaded them from available apps.
