    Hello everyone
    last week my BB passport has been crashed
    first one crash started from Telegram apk App
    and finally my Setting App has been crash.
    so any function of phone such as WIFI,NFC,TIME and etc... dont work
    i'v been hard reset with volume -+ and it didn't work
    so how can i repair my phone without remove my file

    You will have to do a clean install of the OS with an autoloader. It will be wiped in the process. Try to put your documents on your SD card if you can. Hopefully you have everything else synced to the cloud.

    Download autoloader to PC, unzip it, plug in phone, and run it.
