Just Google "youtube to mp3" You can rip the song right from the video URL.

How do you get music on your Passport with Amazon?
I have the Amazon music store. I downloaded (I believe) from the Amazon app world. However I find it a little less user friendly than the old BlackBerry World. (my opinion)

i borrow everyone's cds that I can and rip them to my PC and load them up on my Z30 with a usb cable.
I have over 45GB of albums stored. Of course, it helps to use a web browser and search the internet for albums as well. Not saying how but they are out there.

The amazon music APP works too...buy through that and choose "download" and you are set. This is VERY easy, and you will never lose an MP3 again. Amazon makes ALL your purchased music available locally and on the cloud...they also let you stream your cloud playlsts to 10 different devices.

I copy all of my music from my Mac to a SD card. I don't want music only on my phone.
You can use Link to sync your music or just copy it over. Blend works too. Buy it on your computer, copy it over.

I agree with this and would add to store your music on a cloud service. I have a bunch stored in Onedrive so I can get anything I may have forgotten any time using the BlackBerry File Manager.

I didn't know this, but I have several CDs that were in my Amazon account, due to the AutoRip feature... the songs were automatically stored in my cloud.

If you're close to my age, then you might have a collection of CD's you can manually 'rip' and transfer the songs to your BlackBerry. I'm pretty lucky that way, I really have no need for a music store. That said, 7-Digital would be where I would buy music from if I wanted something new for my BlackBerry instead of purchasing more CD's. Their app works fine and they used to be the BlackBerry World music partner back when BlackBerry 10 launched with video and music stores incorporated into BlackBerry World.

Ahh good old CDs... I spent about an hour trying to figure out where the hell the CD player was when I leased a 2014 vehicle with an upgraded sound system. Yeah... there is no CD player. I know I'm going a bit off-topic, but CD quality still sounds the best to me and I think it was premature for some automakers to completely remove the CD player with the upgraded system... the base system has one though ehhh.

Anyway, yes 7digital was where music was purchased from anyway when purchasing music from BlackBerry World initially. Wish they would have kept the music. I didn't get the split up because 7digital came out a few weeks later stating they are still partnered with BlackBerry. BlackBerry messes up with things so simple like purchasing music. It should be in BlackBerry World, but guess BlackBerry World is going to end up the enterprise app store leaving Amazon and others for the consumers.

Chen killed that pretty early on. It's amazing how much BlackBerry spent to build its new platform and how little time it took for one little man to squander it all. He gave up so much potential and then he pounds his chest and brags because he got some of Mike L.'s old customers to upgrade their MDM software to BES12.
