    Hello all,

    Took a couple of pictures with my BBPPSE and sent them as an attachment and the person cannot open the JPG files.

    If she downloads it it says "Microsoft cannot open the attachment " if she tries opening it directly from the email, it shows gibberish? I can actually make out my signature but it's all mixed up

    Thoughts anyone?

    what is she trying to open them on? usually you can open any picture while in the mail app......
