    Hello, I got Passport four months ago and I have the same problem as I had with Blackberry Bold. It restarts automatically. Its not a battery problem because I changed it many times in Bold for a new one.
    I love BB but its very anoying..

    I would go back to Bold.

    what about reloading the OS?

    Yes I tried to reload OS on BB Bold before and it works every time but just for few weeks.

    I have different apps now installed in Passport than I had installed in Bold but symptoms are the same. I tried various configurations.

    But Thank You for suggestions.
