Ghost Armor costs $30 up North here...
The original screen is tempered glass, looks quite silly to add tempered glass on top of tempered glass, or even a plastic film on top of the original glass...

Not as silly as having to put up with permanent scratches on the actual glass screen, or having to pay for a risky screen replacement procedure if you want to get rid of them.

The purpose of any screen protector is not necessarily for itself to not be scratchable, but to be an easily replaceable sacrificial layer. Whenever you want a scratch free display,.. just remove the current protector and add a new one.

Why do people think gorilla glass won't scratch? Even the gorilla 4 glass did scratch on my note 4. I'm 100% sure I'll get a screen protector for my pp soon

People don't understand the difference between compressive strength (what Corning is really going for in the gorilla glass) and the actual molecular surface hardness that can be achieved. Corning tries to make a thin, light, shatter resistant glass that has high flexibility. They do treatments to increase hardness too, but since its derived from sand (as all glass is), then there is only so much they can do.

When they use diamond, or sapphire,.. then we can stop worrying about sand in our pockets.

$30? A little pricey. Got mine from Newegg for under $10.

Do the edges lift? I got one off eBay and the edge of the protector doesn't attach well.

No, it doesn't. The screen protector is small enough to not reach the edges of the gorilla glass where it tapers down.

Does it cover the lit part of the screen entirely? I got one from Ebay that was similar but was too narrow.
