Glad OP made it finally, while I'm still downloading the autoloader at home because I didn't have a large USB drive to store the one I downloaded at office this afternoon.

It doesn't take 30 minutes, does it? Mine hasn't started to load OS after I ran the autoloader over half an hour ago. Does your laptop detect the Passport even if it is in the middle of wiping process?

I am afraid something is wrong with it.

Try restarting the phone while plugged in and start the autoloader while it's rebooting.

I'm back. It's really tricky to control the timing to reboot BlackBerry and fire up the autoloader because my laptop is old and slow. Finally I made it. Thanks.

Yes, its all about the timing you have to plug your micro usb cable and reboot at the same time for the autoloader to pick it up. otherwise it will go back into security wipe mode. if it doesn't go through try again. Its all about the timing.
