Does any Blackberry stock solution enable secure erase (wipe) of all user related data
on Passport generated during the whole usage of this device model?
Or, is that goal to be achieved rather by a 3rd party solution (app)?

A reliable wipe capability is needed, so the erased data can't never nor
    under no circumstances be recovered.

Perform a wipe of the device.

If you have the tinfoil hat on, you can choose to encrypt the device before wiping. If someone is able to undo the wipe, all they'll find is an encrypted file system.

SIC multi wipe would also work, but it would also erase your OS.

As others have said, just use the onboard device wipe.

Settings > Security and Privacy > Security Wipe

Type in Blackberry and let it do its thing. Depending on the amount of data it has to wipe, it can take up to an hour to complete.

Current plan is namely to order Passport for short period of time for testing.
In order to see if it as personal digital assistant and smartphone suitable as for our needs,
if all apps we use now on other mobile platforms are available and work as required.
Shall the test results read NO, nothing for us, it will go back to retailer.
The prerequisite for this plan to succeed is the capability of reliable data wipe,
so the generated data don't pass to other's hands.
Testing will include consumption of personalized net services for which user accounts need to be set on device.
Of course, Passport will be handled gently during the test.

It takes a long time but the native secure wipe works and will make everything unrecoverable.
