I am having trouble with the keyboard search. Normally when I type a word like Facebook, it shows it on the top. But with me every time I start typing for searching something, it starts with some letter which I didn't type, like pFacebook. I am really annoyed with this. With Q10 it was double typing and with passport this. BlackBerry do something about it.

Certainly not normal, I would hard boot your device by holding down the volume up and volume down buttons at the same time for 30. Hopefully that corrects the issue. Sounds like a software issue. Hard resets will solve a lot of these little glitches

It has happened to me too since 26th September. I can only think it has something to do with restoring from a Z10 backup on 10.2.1 as it doesn't affect all users. Did you restore from a Q10 backup when you got your passport? Numerous restarts don't help at all. I'm hoping that the imminent 10.3.1 update will cure this odd bug.

Strange, I haven't encountered this at all.

Happens to me too. I did not do a restore. Mine was set up as a brand new device. It is doing the same thing for me. It is a little annoying as you start to type then maybe 5 seconds later the word appears with a random letter in front.

I then have to delete the whole word and start typing again.
