Anybody else have this issue?

The back black part that holds in the battery, one side doesn't make any noises lightly pressed where one side kind of clicks in and you can see it moving when lightly pressed on the edge.

If you face the passport down on its screen with the rear facing you, press on the right edges anywhere lightly and it's firm. I press on the left edges lightly and it makes a light clicking noise slightly moving in and out.

Is that something I should be worrying about? I'm probably just over exaggerating these small things cause it's a new device but just want to make sure.

If it bothers you, like it would bother me. I would exchange it. After a certain time period, you may be stuck with it. Ultimately it's up to you. Good luck.

The thing is I had a custom screen protector on it, so it would suck to lose that as I drove 1.5 hrs to have it done. I only wonder if more issues would happen overtime

It's your decision. But a creaky back cover would bother me. It's a hassle to return it to shop BlackBerry that's for sure.

Got this issue on my black pp, just to the bottom left of the rear camera module. It's never affected performance, so I don't mind it.

And I also have another, similar problem with the top part of the glass on the front face. It doesn't hold well to the body (the black part under). Obviously QA problem.

Sadly, I've tried to reclaim it at the shop but, they refused to take any responsibility on it.

Mine is solid and doesn't have that issue. If yours is like that I would exchange it.

mine does this i'd rather deal with it than go through an exchange and be passport-less haha. if it gets worse I figure a little surgery with some black silicone rtv will quiet it up real nice..

Time to get an exchange and I would do so immediately before it gets worse or your warranty expires.

Hey I always heard the click..My back Corner is loose and clicky on both sides. Probably 2" in middle on both sides. Always heard a click when I picked up the phone. Didn't realize how loose until this post and that was an issue. I'll call them tomorrow

You don't know what to do? THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS SITUATION! You might as well worsen your Passport's current condition by procrastinating and voiding your warranty. Send it in for an exchange now! Stop second guessing yourself.

I should add, I'm trying to back up my device before sending it in but it won't recognize on any of the pc/laptops I've tried it on (3) in total.

What could I do or what am I doing wrong? I open blackberry link and it just doesn't recognize my phone.

I had one of those on my Z30 it was cut like that and i did not like it to much went with a Tempered Glass one and now the Z30 is in someone elses hands enjoying it
