Screen shot. Hold down both volume rockers for a few seconds.

Battery, just let the phone do its synchronization Etc and the battery should improve (unless you have a bunch of Android Applications running in the background)

Download BBVE from blackberry world. It will show you what is consuming the most power and cpu resources

Your Location Services is very active. As a test, go to settings/Location Services and turn OFF both Location Services and Traffic Data Collection overnight. Check your battery in the morning to see how much is left.

Just turn off location services if you don't really need them. It should be OK after that.

Yeah the OP will need that on eventually. I am just suggesting a temporary shut down to test this function. Turn off-test---turn on-test again.

Is anyone experiencing the phone gets hot very quickly on the top at the area of the power and volume buttons. It gets damn hot only after almost 10 minutes of usage. Really annoying.

Battery drain and hot phone are normal for a new passport, in a few days it goes back to normal, don't worry. Happens after major updates too, for a few hours in my case.

The location services shouldn't be using that much unless you have an app open that is constantly using it, do you have any apps open all the time like maps or maybe the camera?

I rarely take photos on the passport but every time I use I take photo with the location service on. Maps ion BlackBerry I never use cuz it's so dump

I have turned of the location service and the battery life has improved a lot. But still want this feature to be on all the time. It is nonsense that the location ca drain that much battery.

Anyone is facing the same problem?

Really can't explain why you are experiencing this problem other than some app or problem with Location Services is happening. There is no way it should be 18% as you are showing. Wish I could help.....but I'm out of ideas other than an OS reload. Here is my look--I even had to scroll down for the screenshot because it is so low on the list.

p.s. What OS are you using anyway? Maybe you need an updated OS/radio file?

    Im currently on os 10.3.2.2474.

I have turned off the location service and things got way better. I fully charged my phone last night and unplugged at 11pm. It is now 12am in my place and the battery has 85% left.

Experiment with it and turn it back on - check it out again. If it consistently gives you trouble, I would seriously consider updating it to 10.3.2.2813 using an autoloader.

You could be waiting for a long time if you are depending on your service provider to push that update. Maybe forever.
