I mean, it won't work on recording while actions in the "Password Keeper"

I was planning to make a Password keeper user tutorial for some users, and first I purchased the "Screen Recorder" developed by Toysoft (USD 0.99), won't work, then I purchased the other one developed by X-Reve (USD 1.99), I was thought the expensive one will work, the truth is I was wrong...

They didn't reply my Email, I asked how can I get help or fix the issue.

As you can see,its just Black screen when im recording the Password Keeper actions.

It's most likely that Password Keeper prevents screen capturing thus no screen recorder is going to work for your case.

I guess you have set the needed permissions so it's just that BlackBerry doesn't want you to peek into those passwords .
