If it still is under warranty period, just contact blackberry directly before attempting anything else.

I have the same issue and contacted BlackBerry. They said they don't have any more passports in stock. They offered me a Priv or Leap. I decided to try Priv but I sent it back. I just couldn't adopt to it. I think I can live with the screen lift. It sticks out about a milimeter of the bazel across the top.

What they suggested ?they fixed that or replaced the device
Eventhough I noticed in some apple series also. The screen got popped up due to over Heat because the usage of android apps
I contacted the seller they took via Courier service. May be they will fix and send it back.
They gave me a choice to replace it with priv or Leap as they don't have passport in stock anymore. I chose priv and tried it for 10 days but I could not adopt to it and send it back. Now I am waiting for their response as they're waiting for the repair department to approve the return.

Thats good hope they will give u you good feedback. how long u used Passport my passport is almost a year old
It was almost a year since when they send the replacement. I bought it on Sep 21 so the warranty is over. It took them about 3 or 4 weeks to send me the replacement. In the email they sent me they said that they will contact me when the repair department will check the return and approve it.

I sent back to the seller and they replied that the mobile is ok. They sent back but the display is loose in the right corner. i am residing in saudi arabia and there is no proper place for blackberry services.
The screen lift is not ok as it should be even with the bazel. Mine has the lift across the top but most on the right side. When I press on the screen it goes down and when I slide my finger from the bazel down it's align flat evenly with the bazel but it comes out back within a few seconds. It's not getting any worse but it drives me crazy. I am still waiting for blackberry to contact me as to what is the next step. They confirmed that they received the replacement unit back and are in a process of checking it to make sure it’s ok and then will let me know what is the next step.

I contacted blackberry help on twitter.Finally I found something that I can get a reply from blackberry. Their final question is any know person in US. but I don't anyone in US. may be they want me to sent the device.
Contacted but no proper service point in Saudi Arabia. one year warranty is remaining on mu device.
