    during incoming call with headphone attached with the phone screen should go off after taking the call through headphone. but it remains awake and ends my call while it it in my pocket and touched end call section.

    does any one know how to change the settings of screen(remaining off during of incoming call) while headphone attached during incoming call, si that i can continue my call without any issue.

    Just turn the screen off when the call comes in.

    then ive to put out the bb from my pocket. to avoid that im using headphone in outside. if i need to lock the screen manually i can attend call without hands free as well. i need to attentd call without locking the screen while hands-free is attached.

    I too have this from time to time. I ran the BBVE and during one of the light sensor test the sensor seemed to get an intermittent response. It hasn't happened since the recent update I don't think.

    what is ur version of passport
    10.3.1.1779 is mine nad my device shows this is latest one while updating through wifi.
