You may try downloading the Samsung Mobile Print application file from Google Play using Snap or use this website: Download APK Files Directly From Google Play - APK Downloader

Install the downloaded *.apk on your phone and see if it works.

It looks like "Samsung Mobile Print" app is available via Snap.

I have a Samsung printer and the Samsung mobile print app from Snap works great so far. Just have to get used to the not so great UI but is is just like my iPhone version.
