Sachesi : connection error while it tries to connect to my passport

Hello,

I'm trying to install Whatsapp on the passport,following this guide :

it says that I should get the bar file of snap. I did this. I should also install sachesi on windows 10 and I should copy the bar file inside the passport. Ok. I've installed sachesi and I have activated the developer mode with IP : 169.254.0.1. When sachesi tries to connect to the phone,on the log file I see : communication error: 1 (connection refused) from 192.168.1.5. what to do now ?
