I've contacted quite few and dropped in to three stores and NOBODY has em at rogers.However, I pre-ordered at wireless wave and my reservation is #14. So we'll see its now the hare and the turtle so we'll see.

I just tweeted rogers again asking why no one has stock yet as he said it will be available to purchase on October 1st maybe he meant 2015?

Okay calling around and seems they have different staff in the stores now.
Of the Rogers around me in Guelph, two have demo's out today and one is hoping that they get it in stock tomorrow, the other has no idea and the third has no idea when they will have any info about it....
Still disappointed, telus did a great job launching the next day. The other 2 had a week and blew it.

It's been n utter gong show this morning for me, no body has them. In the reservation system I'm showing in progress and #14. I also preordered at wireless wave and they said a week. So for me its now a time race to see which will come in 1st.

No, Rogers reservation system was only for the Black model, still zero word on the white.
Also after following up calling service reps and customer support reps at Rogers today they still can't tell me a single thing.. this is pitiful..
I don't get it - I want to spend money but can't.
Someone has messed up and I can't believe nothing has been said.

With all that Rogers bullcrap not applying my Desjardins 10% discount because my new shared plan is not eligible, and force me to change my retention plan to a more expensive one, i canceled my passport reservation and on top none of the 6 rogers stores in my location as the passport and they know nothing zero infos! I was so hopping to have that phone in my hand but i think i will wait and for sure the price is going to drop in a month ! I hate Rogers...

From my Z30 ? 10.3
The only retail stores I have seen a passport in was Telus. I am not sure if this is a carrier issue or a blackberry issue, but I called my corporate hardware supplier two days before the Passport was released and they knew nothing about it.

I've canceled my device reservation and now will be just getting it unlocked from Telus. Screw Rogers. Hour on the phone to no avail, through 8 departments and being hung up on and still nothing. What I've learnt today, Rogers isn't worth any wait.

I have called Rogers, bell, wireless wave, t booth, Costco and Walmart, neither of these stores have the shipments yet, I'm starting to think it's not the service provider and more so the manufacturer

Well when people from different carriers started reporting that no stores had them I quickly made the assumption that it's the warehouses that supplies all these stores or very well just Blackberry themselves. Something here wen't wrong. Could it be that maybe they started shipping from wherever they are made (Mexico maybe). That would be weird though because when it's launch day, the carriers are ready to sell.
Except the service provider usually doesn't have an issue admitting manufacturing issues... and Rogers already admitted to having their warehouse issues due to some system maintenance or something... Honestly it sounds like they're just sour about Telus getting the good end of the stick this time around...
This is true, I was told by Rogers that the passport isn't high on the priority list. Oh, wouldn't an iPhone please you?
