    Despite reserving the Passport online last week, I don't think I am getting my phone by tomorrow. The Rogers website says they will do their best to have the phone delivered within 15 days of a launch. It also says that an email will be sent with tracking information once it is shipped. As you know, launch is tomorrow with Rogers and I have no such email. Also, who notifies me of delivery, a Rogers email or the store?

    Think I'll be quicker off just going into a Rogers store and buying one.

    Just got off the phone with the store manager near me in Guelph and they said that they're expecting shipments in tonight/tomorrow and usually they have day-one reservation devices. He also said they won't be getting in any to sell off reservation list until AFTER all reservations in the region have been met... interesting :\

    Got the email at work this morning, looks like the passport got loaded in system today, will be available for sale tomorrow!

    Very surprised with the prepaid/no term pricing, don't think I can mention anything until tomorrow though.

    Telus mobility had the Canadian exclusive and so yes officially Rogers Wireless will ship them out starting Oct.1st pending if they run out or not. For the keener some myself, after constant checking. It wen live on Rogers reservation system the same day it was launched last Wed. Around 11am people started reserving. Im#14.

    OK so I'm number #152 in Montreal west island, but they told me with the new crtc law i have to change my plan to a shared plan ! No way ! So she said it's this or you have to pay full for the phone to keep your plan! This is ridiculous forcing costumers to change plans!!

    I've been with them for ages, i was with cantel when rogers bought them ! So I called retention and threatened to cancel everything even if i have one year left in my contract, and finally i can keep my plan ! This is unprofessional, always have to threaten them to have a good service.....

    Rogers let you upgrade and keep your plan? I was eligible for an upgrade 18months ago, I pay 100$ before tax on that line. That line has been active for nearly 15years.

    My case was escalated from retentions all the way to the office of the President and then the Ombudsman, all telling me I have to switch plans and that there is technically no possible way to process an upgrade on my non-share everything line.

    Did they process an upgrade on you line? Or did they do a bunch of credits etc so that it works out the same?

    OK. So you are on a "share everything" plan now? If so, then all is well. My problem was that my plan is not a share everything plan = no upgrade eligibility
