Rogers just lost my sale yesterday. Had enough of waiting and bought from Telus at full pop and got it unlocked for a Rogers SIM. Spent a lot more than if I waited, but I'm happy now, loving the device. Sorry Rogers, but not really. Telus will soon get all my business.

Same for me, I'm with Robbers since cantel i have a grandfather plan and they told me have to change plan, no way ! I escalated to the president office, that's what they call it, and they don't care!! So I'm not changing plan and maybe will buy the passport full price.

I hear that. It's brutal how they hold u hostage and won't allow upgrades unless u change plans. Their "system" seems to be more locked down than fort knox.

It's crappy but may make sense to buy it outright (if you can find it) so as to keep these grandfathered plans.

I use to work for Rogers and I don't beleive the old really old grandfathered plans are coded correctly for LTE max high speed data.

Yes. I'm #7 and still waiting. My reservation page switched from In Progress (Pre-Fulfillment) to In Progress (Activations) but I have not received any shipping e-mail or anything else.

I also did the business reservation and it's being shipped directly to my work place. I am currently at number 176, it seems like its going to take forever.

Same here - on UPS for today. I was #35 on Business Reservation. I couldn't stop the order even though I already got it from Telus. Need to offload one of them or return the Rogers. Need to do math to see what cost me more.

Called Rogers. They apparently have some in stock but you must order from them. I was told 3-7 days. They honored the 199.99 future shop deal. It ends tomorrow btw. So I canceled my online order.

I know, right? I realize it was partly BB's fault with supply, but Rogers told me they had one in hand on Friday and were shipping it out to me. It didn't leave Rogers until yesterday. What, exactly, does their shipping department do all day? LOL.

it is blackberry fault as well but Rogers wasn't behind the passport and didn't order a large amount. I know people will say hey had x units from the last batch but the z30 sold well. even after they had the preorders they never really placed another order until it was late in the game

I also think it's interesting if you Google stuff about Rogers/UPS, you see lots of forum discussions regarding Rogers not being too good at order fulfillment when demand is high for something. The manager in me says "why don't they do a post-mortem report on each launch to see how they could do better next time?" But it's their company, not mine lol

I am still sitting at #98. Was #111 whenever I reserved it on this past Friday. Seems to be going pretty slow right now.
Rogers must be waiting for their next shipment to come in from BlackBerry. Whenever they were shipping out last week the line moved pretty quick until their stock ran out.

Be nice and don't use it.
You have 15 days to return it in mint condition (and with under 30 mins I think)
