Has been "in shipping process " since yesterday morning. It takes 5 minutes to prepare a box for shipment not sure why it is like this for days. No one is able to help me at Rogers.

If no Rogers stores have them including my #35 reservation, is Rogers really considered to have released it October 1??

Not arguing with you, just clarifying: if it's been like this since yesterday, what do you mean by "it is like this for days"?

When my Z30 arrived at my door it still showed "Pending Shipment" for a couple of days after.

Rogers weren't allowed to start shipping until today, Telus had the exclusive up to and including the 30th September.

How could I possibly have any idea? Those were the rules; no other carrier except for Telus could sell or ship the Passport until 1st October so technically and in actuality it's been less than 1 day. As to why Rogers hasn't shipped your particular device the only people who can answer that is them.

Is it the reason for no one will receive stock in Edmonton till next week and no one buys blackberry so buy an iPhone or the story that it won't ever be available in store?

I think this is a miss fire on BlackBerry's part. It's just to build hype, my Rogers reservation has been showing "inprogress" since this morning yet no Rogers stores have them yet at least not in Vancouver where I checked about 6 Rogers locations. Everyone directed me to the reservation system.

Likely the passports are ENROUTE from BlackBerry to Rogers outlets... but they will sell super fast as stock is in short supply as it seems they cannot produce quickly enough to keep up with the demand world wide...

October 6 th is key date....

Those who want it immediately should go into Telus store and buy it there...

Worth the wait, imo !!

Then you have a choice to make don't you. If you're not happy deal with another carrier, order the device from elsewhere, buy a different device, or wait for the unit you've ordered. Why are you getting shirty with me? I don't have the answers, I'm just trying to offer alternatives.

guys dont be so desperate for device i went to buy bbz10 the first day it launched i bought it for $500 plus tax but look at the price it went down in few months. I learned lesson i wont jump on ship right away. I will watch and play

It's BS. I called every Rogers store I could find online and NO ONE has one!!!! My Rogers guy is just as confused as I am cuz he had 40 ordered n had been confirmed to ship out to him and he got nothing. Better be tomorrow

I'm personally fed up with banking on the next day. It's not even because of patience it is because of the treatment and customer service. I was told Rogers will not carry the passport in the store because no one wants it. Thanks, I'll move my business elsewhere.

I'm appalled by Rogers/Blackberry.

It's true Telus had the exclusive, but Rogers/BlackBerry have known for at least one week that October 1 was the launch date.

Why say October 1 if it's really October 2-3?

Why not let employees at stores know when it's coming, to avoid wasted calls and trips to the store where no information is provided?

Just disappointing.
