    It's now October 10 and still no BlackBerry Passports in Rogers' stores in Ottawa.

    How is this possible?

    I'm getting mine tomorrow. I called 6 stores everyday, put my name on reservation list. Kept calling the stores. Finally called retention, they ordered one for me price matched future shop and gave me a good will credit of $50. Late Friday I received an email saying it was mailed. As mentioned above Canada post says tomorrow.
