    Is anyone using ringcentral on the Passport?
    My incoming calls don't ring and only show up as a misses call when the number has a prefix or a suffix.

    I know it's only happening on the passport, and not other phones on the same carrier.

    Can someone help?

    Did you solve the issue you were having with the RingCentral app on the Blackberry Passport? I held off buying the Passport because of this post. I need RingCentral to work properly. I also need the Magic Jack app and a credit card payment (swipe) solution that works on the Passport. If not I will be forced to go the iPhone route.

    Yes. Solved it.
    It was not a ringcentral issue but an issue with the carrier.

    I'm curious to know what your solution was. I am using a Z10 with 10.3.0.1154 and notice that a lot of the time, my phone doesn't ring and then I just get a missed call alert. The weird thing is that when I test it from home, the calls always come through. I'm not using the app on the phone, I just have it setup to forward to my cell.

    Check your parental controls. ... for accepting calls only from contacts.
    Even if you have not set them, turn them on once and then turn them off.
    Could be a network problem too if it is happening randomly.
