    Periodic restart
    All my setup of groups of icons on homescreen lost
    URL shortcuts some retained
    Those that were in titled icon groups lost (many)
    What happened?

    Restart again by holding volume up and down at the same time!
    If that didn't work try to wipe phone and if you couldn't wipe use auto loader to reload OS
