    I'm looking to buy a used ATT Passport for a friend. She is asking me if the OS from the regular passport is loadable on the ATT Passport thus removing any ATT bloatware or apps. She will be using it on T-Mobile and the phone is unlocked. Is this possible?

    The OS are the same from one Passport to another. Once the AT&T Passport is unlock and using the T-Mobile sim you can than delete all the AT&T stuff.
