Hey guys, I was wondering how do I install the latest OS by removing everything in the phone including the current OS? I don't wanna just delete all files, I wanna remove current OS as well, cause it has some little bugs which is very annoying.

Your best bet would be to download and install a destructive updater. You could also do a security wipe, then upgrade.

It's going to depend on the phone model. But sachesi is probably what you need to get the files you want

You may also use BlackBerry Link to reload the OS (Link downloads a fresh copy of the OS from BlackBerry servers).

In Link choose Preferences > Reload Device Software

Be sure to make a backup of your files (docs, pics etc) on the SD Card or on the PC before reloading the OS, otherwise you will lose everything stored on the internal memory.

Very important! If your SD Card is encrypted, cancel the encryption before reloading the OS - otherwise you will lose everything stored on the SD Card, too.
