    Hi..Appreciate if anyone can help me figure out, why my phone does a sudden Reboot..i don't use any of the Android apps...etc, not the case with my OG Passport which I have been using for now almost 2 Years...the problem is with my 3 Months SE Edition...

    Reload the Os using the BlackBerry Link software in ur PC. That will fix it.

    How frequent is the rebooting? Every one of the 6 BlackBerry 10 devices I've owned has self-rebooted, sometimes they will run for days or weeks without doing it, sometimes they will reboot themselves several times in a day. If it's much worse than that, there's probably a hardware problem.

    I had a reboot this morning running on PassportSQW100-4/10.3.2.2876
    Decrypting a 200GB SD card stuck, so I cancelled it. In that moment the PP did a reboot.

    No issues with the SD after the reboot. Kind of AI when the OS decide the remedy for a problem is to do a reboot

    I'm having the re-boot problem daily for the past week. Software v. 10.3.2.2836

    I sent mine back after reading comments on the handset rebooting all the time.

    I backed up my device. Sent back the phone, got a new one, re-loaded the same data...which confirmed the hardware not software theory.
