Looks like I have a problem Passport.

Random reboot into perpetual reboot. When I get it to load back up (by tapping the power button) it changes the time to 23:25 and date to 6th August. Even with the auto time and date on.

Think I am going to have to reload the OS and have some fingers crossed. I am hoping it's an issue with the device switch and some dodgy settings.

Everything else works as advertised... apart from the google mail account unable to find provider message.

OK it's happened again but I think I know the reason.

The cover for the sim and media card is quite tight. In fact a little too tight. When I hit the lock button it will periodically grip the button and hold it down! Constant holding the lock button may have put it into some sort of bizarre reset that takes it back to Aug 6th 23:25... phone is fully functional otherwise

Only remedy at the moment is to either unpinch the casing or to cancel the lock and then loosen the casing.

While I'm at it, the space bar and B key seem to be too close too. There's a distinctive clicking sound when I hit one or the other (out of the box). Hey ho.

Mine's assembled in Mexico.

Curiously my Passport (uk) didn't come with any warranty information.

Issue is being sorted under the advanced exchange program. I will get a replacement Passport while mine is being "fixed".
