Hope TCL BlackBerry launches BlackBerry Passport Android and/or Windows with KEYone Specs and an even bigger battery like 3700 mah, reducing the width by 5 to 7 mm ( making it edge to edge) and can increase the height by 7 to 10 mm.

It runs Android, not interested. Maybe after my Passport becomes obsolete.
After using the Passport SE, Keyone seems to narrow.

I haven't even bothered looking at any BlackBerry android devices. BB10 is the only reason I have a BlackBerry. The Passport keyboard is a big bonus. But I loved my Z30 too. If I have to get an Android device one day it will be very unlikely that it would be a BlackBerry, because a keyboard is not enough differentiation. And the hub on Android is not even close to the same.

I agree with you. I wonder why it's so hard to make android BlackBerry Hub to be like BlackBerry 10 hub.

Exactly. It's the seemingly dual OS function of the passport that made me look at a blackberry device. If I want an android phone, what I'd want is power, I can customize and protect my android device myself. Blackberry hardly brings any differentiation to the line up of Android devices and lol the keyone design doesn't hold a candle to the Motorola Droid design. These droidberry fans led by their nameless leader who was complaining and ranting about BB10 should head over to mobile nations and swim in Android to their hearts content and let those who know what they want from blackberry get their much deserved updates . if I can't get a passport in the future or an updated BB10 device, that'll be the end for me. I can shop for Android somewhere else.

the KEYone will blow away the passport. It has the 4 row keyboard that the passport has been missing all its life!

You'll be surprised at how a three-year Passport is still often faster than a phone with a mediocre latest generation processor and a mediocre operating system ...

Buy it, wait few months and tell us.

The four row keyboard is even a joke with lots of clutter with symbols everywhere. The passport keyboard is neat, and even though it was a bit tough to get used to, I now prefer it. People are such whiners.

I will disagree with you with the four row keyboard. The true Classic keyboard, IMO, is faster than the three row Passport.

That alt symbol is super clutch.

It literally just happened. Firefox on Priv was struggling to open a website. Grabbed the Passport and it loaded up no problem.

I will see what's available when I can upgrade in 2018, I like the fact the passport has social media app limitations, it's good for you. I basically turned around to my friends and said if you don't download BBM on their iPhone or android you can forget I exist lol. But as long as documents, an ereader and email all work for me. I am happy.

I got this phone because I wanted to be able to do long office documents on it and use it for work, having less apps, means less distractions are more productivity.

You do understand that you don't need to use those apps right? You also understand privacy is non-existent on the internet no matter how you roll? On the device side, a device can only be as secure as the user wants it to be. Are you using WhatsApp? It has access to your contacts, files, microphone and what not. No matter the OS.

    Posted via CB10
Not using WhatsApp... I'm a dinosaur. I use my phone as a business partner. Thankfully, I don't have a tether to a group or function that forces me to choose which app I simply MUST have. I must not be as smart as the rest of you that NEED all these apps. And I'm cool with that.
