    Anyone having issues using the RBC Mobile Wallet in the RBC BlackBerry 10 app?

    When I try to make the initial log in it promos me to call RBC costumer support as I can't proceed beyond that.

    I have spoke to RBC and they say it should work. I spoke with Bell customer service and they said that there are issues with the NFC chip and that the network should resolve it by Monday October 20th. Lastly I spoke with Bell technical support and they suggested that the RBC app needs to be updated as the Passport is not yet listed. So there we have it. Spoke to three different departments and all have no concrete answers.

    My question is whether the RBC Mobile Wallet is working on your Bell Blackberry Passport?

    No, it doesn't work. Since I have a Z10 I tried it there and then it works perfectly. The app is not compatible with the BlackBerry Passport. I tried to submit a bug report for RBC to issue a fix, but I could not reach anyone that could help me. They refuse to receive any screenshots so it's impossible for me to actually show them the issue.

    I would not hold my breath. As I said, with no way to submit a proper bug report I'm not sure how to actually report the issues to them.

    I have the RBC Mobile Banking app on the Z30 on Bell.

    I cannot get past the Wallet sign in screen, like the OP said. I get a message saying to call RBC on a 1-800 #. Which I did... and they acknowledge this is a known issue. They set me up with a "ticket" and said I should wait for them to call me back. That was 10 days ago. No call. So I called them on Friday. They said there has been no update yet... but the team is working on it. Grrr...

    Hey, at least they're saying they are aware of it now. When I contacted them, they were clueless and refused to receive any attachments so I was explaining to them how the app looks crappy and doesn't work.

    Yes, they did acknowledge that this issue has been reported and they're aware of it and are working on it.
