    My SD card had all my music downloaded from 7. Took it out when phone went back, put it in my replacement passport and just says unsupported file?? My videos and photos are fine though. Will I need to delete and re download them all???

    Restart. Mine does sometimes do that...not sure why. Restart usually fixes, if not try reboot
