    hello,

I have a problem with connecting to the Blackberry Blend application on the PC. When I try to connect via wi-fi I get the message "network error occurred, please try again later".

The phone's restart does not help

    thanks for any ideas

Sometimes a reinstall of the software on the PC will fix it...

    Uninstall
    Reboot
Remove all references to BlackBerry from Registry
    Reboot
Download and Install Blend, with Drivers.

Had you been using Blend without issue up to this point?

Did the problem just start happening?

What OS do you have on the PC? Windows 10, 8, 7, XP?

Was there a recent OS update on the PC?

I'm sorry it's a computer at work and I was not in the office

    I have windows 10 home version 1809 compilation 17763.292

this is the first attempt to connect to this kompueterm. I have not used this phone with blackberry blend. so this is the first attempt.

I installed everything from scratch according to the instructions I connect to on the disabled firewall and on the disabled anti-virus and still the same effect.

    Thank you for your efforts

I recommend that the re-installation better be done by software like ultimate un-installer ,cause such software can remove anything related to BB blend!

Shut it down with /o /r, install another windows on a new partition or drive and while offline. Install the stock drivers and software for BB offline. Disable updates in 'Services' menu before you go back Online to update the BB Software and remind yourself that the installation you made is an Offline backup. Shouldn't need any other updates or software. If you get it working the BB can function as wifi connection.
