It vibrates whe I receive a call, when I call someone and the call connects, it vibrates when I receive a call while on a phone call.

However, I've got the vibrate function turned off on every thing. Where the hell am I missing something?

Did you by chance have a 3rd party LED controlling app installed?

I just downloaded 'PermaBuzz', a headless app that makes my Passport constantly buzz, all the time. I'm enjoying this app a lot and It's only $9.99!

I'm now never worried about what's causing the buzzing because it's permanently buzzing. Saves me oodles of time and worry.

    I do.
Go to the settings for vibrate when you answer/hang up a call and turn vibration off. You may have to do a reboot after for it to work.
