Does anyone know how to validate poweramp? I tried the non google play version and I've had no luck and I'm also having no luck with google play snap version. Has anyone gotten there poweramp full version to work? And no I don't want to use the native app for music cause they finally made an equalizer and you can't even customize it =_=

    Hi,
Not sure if you've gotten your answer over time but power amp works and works well. It takes a bit to find the tracks if saved on an SD card but totally manageable.

Essentially you have to download both the trial version and the unlocker. Mine were purchased via Google play, so I used snap to download and install them (there's other methods out there to do so as well).

I installed both versions of the app, ran the unlocker and easily gained access to the app.

I'm running a passport, with no leaks on my device, 10.3

    Good luck

Mind to share how did you scan the music stored on ad card? I have poweramp both trial and the unlocker, but I couldn't select the music folder in my sd card.

    No problem,

Essentially once the app is open, click on the three dots in the top right hand corner and tap settings.

From there tap folders and library

With this menu I adjust the music folders and the autoscan.

    Hope this helps.

I've never run into any problems with it and I may not be the ideal candidate to help. I suggest turning to Google and see what the issue is.
I did a quick search and yielded this result:

You might be able to find the answers there.

    Hi guys,

Did you happen to follow the steps listed above?

I was able to access my SD card just fine.
Let me know if you may need help clarifying some of the steps.

    Take care

After you've made the selections within the music folder, the app will autoscan once again and the files from your SD will populate to your playlist. The only thing that I haven't been able to determine is how to select which folder on the SD card to pulls files from. At this time it appears as if it pulls all of the music and doesn't give you the option of selecting.

I was also having this issue with 10.3.1. poweramp was not able to find music files on sd card. Tried rescan multiple times but did not work. Finally, went back to 10.2.1 due to other issues I'm having with 10.3.1. and it works just fine. I can now keep my music files on the sd card.

Think I have the answer to the SD card issue. When you go to the files and folders section go to auto find music folders. When you click it the option of importing missing Playlist is checked by default. Uncheck it then hit the auto scan

    Doesnt work for me.

Funny thing is I can select a song with the file manager and it will open and play in Poweramp.
