Thanks Rick-TJR! It is called Visual Arts from BlackBerry World. In my opinion, it's the best weather widget app because you don't have to keep the application running in order for it to keep updating on your home screen and lock screen. Enjoy!

I have weather via HomeScreenPlus which is buggy & not worth it...

What do you mean by "favorite the layout" ?? I have only activated the weather widget & Shelly screen is set to a single image... sideshow feature disabled.

Every hour or so it puts up a notice "homescreen photo saved"...annoying enough... every few days puts up "choose homescreen image" & t stock widget doesn't scale so name of issue is truncated , unreadable... I only use the weather thing...

Website for developer gone, no contact info... sheesh!!

Thanks Sesp9 for the app recommendation. I just set it up and I'm happy. This was one of the things that I felt was missing from the BBOS 7 days and now I feel like I have a new phone again on BB10. Here is the home screen again after the installed app. Thanks again.

When you enter "edit wallpaper" mode, configure your weather layout until your satisfied. Next select the heart icon. This will always stay as your "favorite" main home screen preference or lock screen. This will override all other wallpaper layouts. Save it or delete it to your liking. I agree with the notice of updating but it's a minor nuisance for me. Hopefully the developer can maintain this application and if not I will move on to the next!

This is a refreshing thread that brings me back to the old Crackberry days when positive and populate ideas were shared and discussed. Thank you OP for making this.

One question though. Not sure if it's the site but do the pictures on your phones have some delay or even trouble loading? I have to wait a long time some times and it's not my connection?

Yup, sometimes I notice it as well. I just assumed it was my connection.
I don't think it happens if I'm using WiFi, only my mobile data.

Edit: I think it's the app, there's delay in loading the photos even over WiFi.

I tend to go for colored ones without lines as its really distracting to read your app names with a too busy a background. I will also chop them to have a darker portionv near the top to make sure the top bar stands out!
