Mine was flawless until I downloaded the OTA update AT&T pushed a few weeks ago to 10.3.1. I started to experience weird battery problems and occasional screen flickering. It then bricked while I was on a business trip last week. Restored to factory default via Link, and now it's flawless once again.

Ordered my on launch day from ShopBlackBerry and it was back ordered the next day. I am enjoying it and have had no problems or complaints about it.
Perfect since day one. No restarts, no freezing, backlight works perfect on keyboard, no screen splitting or logo rubbing off either
No battery issues, or volume key issues

Sorry to hear of any of those with issues but mine has been so fine it's hard to even nitpick. Glad I didn't let my initial concerns regarding the reads on those problem units have me wait :)

My wife and I both got Passports as well. Completely different manufacture dates as she got hers 3 weeks before me. Both are perfect!

No problems here almost a month in. Very happy I decided to upgrade to the passport. I feel sorry for people who are having problems, but none here.
My Passport is so flawless it over uses me...not the other way round.
I need to convince my CEO to get onto BES 10. Fark, he is killing me...

No hardware issues for me! There are some software glitches, but that is to be expected.

OP here. Happy to here people are happy with the build quality of the Passport. For me it is the best built phone I have handled. I am extremely happy with my decision to buy the Passport.

Btw now that I saw the posts with defective ones I really checked out everything very careful. It's indeed flawless from a hardware point of view. Software wise indeed there are some small glitches that I expect to be ironed out with the launch of 10.3.1.

Hardware - nearly perfect if not for minuscule led leak at the kb side
Software - almost perfect except for 2 occasions of spontaneous restart
Overall - still happy hard core passport user!
P.s. Dropped twice already and still perfect! Not even a scratch!
