Not an issue the first, I purchased one the day of release, shortly after when they were discounted for $450 I purchased another sent the original back and still haven't experienced any issues. More than happy and content with my device!

Really happy with mine, got it yesterday my only issue is using playon with xbox one but that happened on my Z30 as well so not Passport specific. Getting used to the keyboard fairly quickly keep hitting the virtual keys occasionaly when meaning to type letters but thats the problem with fat fingers.

Just figured I'd chime in here since your post caused me to try this!

I went to Videos and put on an episode of a show that i had on my SD card, used Playon on my Xbox One once i turned my Passports wifi on, and voila, one second i was installing the Master Chief Collection, the next I'm watching Burn Notice in 1080p with amazing quality!

I had never used the Playon feature before, and I've got to say, wow! This is just fantastic and the quality, it's sure beating the heck out of constantly needing to plug my laptop in just to watch something!

So in short, thanks for complaining about it

I've had mine for nearly 4 weeks, and even after close inspection (though I didn't choose to take it apart to inspect the internals), it seems to be top notch. But I know that can't be the case, I must be either blind or stupid, because some here have declared that most if not all Passports have some specific defects, and the owners just don't know it yet because they aren't looking close enough. So for now all is well, but it's probably going to come apart at the seams soon enough.

Please. The phone is just fantastic. I have dropped mine on the house floor a number of times and inspected it. Zero issues. Not one issue with the screen nor the light bleed. 6 weeks and I see only perfection.
