Nothing is flawless but the Passport is as close as it gets. Have seen a couple little burps in the software but nothing bad. Flickering... very rare. No crashes. Fast. Smooth. Durn near flawless.

There can be a perception that the failure rate is high and give potential owners a negative feeling. I have a flawless and solid PP and appreciate hearing from others who have not had issues. Usually only those with issues post and it can help future buyers to get a better sense of how many users are not having issues. I have had mine for only 2 weeks but dropped it about 5 feet onto payment and still working flawlessly.

Bought mine "used" 50 bucks cheaper on amazon, but when I got it, it had never even been turned on, the headphones hadn't been opened, and I still have the original plastic on the screen. No issues, period. Battery is great, touchpad perfect, volume rocks, backlight excellent. I am happy, and feel this is the best phone PERIOD, EVER.

Never had a problem since I received it about a month ago. A fantastic experience that gets better all the time.

Sorry to hear that a few have had problems. A couple of those folks have complained too much. I don't read their posts anymore so it has speeded up my CrackBerry forum reading on my Passport.

Mine is flawless, though the 10.3.1 leak is not flawless but that is to be expected. But yes, my passport is perfect!
