    I want to shoot videos, but I have to go to the camera press the video button and when I'm done recording it goes automatically to the camera mode, I want to be able to pause and resume, or not have to keep switching modes

    I don't think any BlackBerry10 device supports to "pause" & "resume" video recording. Also, with 10.3.1, there's no switching needed. All you have to do is hit the "video capture" button near the "camera shutter" key.
