I noticed this problem with the Q10 and noticed it with the Passport now as well.. if you press on the top right area of the screen and more the back of the phone top right are you will hear a loud creeking noise almost sounding like a weak spring or something.. I'm on a Rogers passport anyone else noticing this??

Yep, I am having fourth Q10 right now and all had same problem. It's minor compared to poor Q10 build quality though.

You've gone through 4 Q10's? That's quite impressive, any interesting stories as to why or how?

You guys have to press the back of the phone in the right hand side top area right at the corner of the square around the camera lense and you should hear a loud clicking noise

A man goes to the doctor and says, "Doctor, wherever I touch, it hurts."

The doctor asks, "What do you mean?"

The man says, "When I touch my shoulder, it really hurts. When I touch my knee it hurts! When I touch my forehead, it really, really hurts."

The doctor says, "I know what's wrong with you. You've broken your finger!"

All devices started to have problems with keyboard. Most common issue (all three phones had it) were "super sensitive" keys - SYM, m, n, j, k. I had also doubetpying issues on one phone (as, rt).

My luck was that they gave me immediately new phone because these issues are considered as "well-known".

I am using Passport too and I really hope that keyboard life will be more than 2 months.

I had the same issue when I first got my Q10 but was fixed with a software update. I'm thinking about buying a second Q10 because I love it so much haha.

You have a habit of starting threads with inflammatory titles, which are actually non-issues. This is another one. One might start to think you're trolling...

Why would I start pressing and bending and pushing on purpose? You do it long enough anything will eventually break.
