I have just changed a carrier. But hotspot function is now available only at low speed... So I need to change TTL from 64 to 63 (As on the android devices) to make hotspot function working correctly. Is it possible? Are there any applications, that can help? I can't run android applications for changing, because they need root-rights, but BlackBerry doesn't use android core at all, so it's impossible to get root-rights. Thank you!
