I know I can lookup what all the shortcut keys are and commit them to memory. But I think it would be awesome if bb10 gave a option to enable shortcut reminders for the simple user. A short message reminding the user about the shortcut they could have used instead of going the 'long route' and using the menus.

For instance, user who is browsing wants to refresh the page... so they click menu-->reload. The page reloads and for a short second a message appears... "next time, try shortcut L".

After a few weeks our novice BlackBerry user is now a pro OS guru and is maximizing the value of their phone and is showing their friends. Their friends see the OS potential and buy buy buy. Grass roots marketing for the cost of a message.
